Memorial Obituary-Peoria Journal Star Rusty Allen Parsano La Harpe, IL. Rusty Allen Parsano, 22, of La Harpe died at 11:55 p.m. Monday, Sept. 2, 2002, at his residence. He was born Jan. 14, 1980, in Macomb to Russell and Shirley Phillips Parsano. Surviving are his parents of La Harpe, two brothers, Jimmy and Robert, both of La Harpe; his grandparents, Richard and Rose Roberts of La Harpe and George and Helen Parsano of Carthage; and his great- grandmother, Delphine Phillips of Carthage. He graduated from Bridgeway in Macomb. Services will be 2 p.m. Froday at Banks & Beals Funeral Home. The Rev. Bill Pyatt will officiate. Friends may call after 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, where visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday.
